[AccessD] Sun Virtual PC

Yes.

Select a Powered-Off machine, click on Settings  and it's a slider on the General- Basic tab.

You can change just about anything on a virtual machine when it is powered off,  except the 
size of disks.
While you can't change disk sizes, you can swap disks around between machines.
