[AccessD] Drawing verticle line in the detail section of a report

Good Evening Everyone,
 
I have several verticle lines in the detail section of an access report.  However I have an issue when the detail section expands and the lines do not. 
 
Does anyone have some code that will adjust the height of the lines based on the height of the detail section of the report?
