Thanks for the heads up, my comments were reiteration of understandings made
by some locals here (I am in Britain right now and will likely be for a
bit... It sure is quiet here now)... in which they still state one month per
year, depending on age and years of service.

Please remember that in the UK there are redundancy payments, which someone 
 over 50 is 2 weeks pay for every years service.
