[AccessD] Database Needs Password Protection

I looked around for the format of the 2003 mdb to see where the password
might be - probably just a question of the offset from the start of the file
- but couldn't find the spec.

Sorry...just tested it...apparently it only works on 97 and 2000 database
versions.
