Stay north Stuart. Here in Victoria (the state of Australia where I live) we have a crazy amount of rules and fines these day. Speed cameras abound and they have very low tolerances. Not uncommon to be fined for doing 63 in a 60 zone, which is pretty much impossible to avoid. It is a form of road tolling really. Mind you, this situation is the fault of the motorist anyway. They used to have a 10% tolerance on these things, until that became common knowledge and everyone just drove 10% faster. Aussie drivers think they are great, but many of them a shockingly bad.
