[AccessD] program update & capitalization of fields

Not any help, but I got a chuckle out of "DA voucher program"
I use DA a lot to describe the people I deal with regularly.

BTW, I do have some ideas, but I have to go to bed.  I'm supposed to leave
town at 7am with a snow storm bearing down on us.
