Using the Windows scheduler, we can initiate Access, run the reports, and store them as PDF files. This all works nicely. We keep running into obstacles with every approach that we have tried to automate the e-mailing of these reports in an unattended environment (Terminal Services / Remote Desktop). We would prefer to use Outlook, but we are open to other approaches. We are curious how others handle this situation.
