[AccessD] Runtime Security Problem

I'm using Wise/Sagekey to install a run-time app with an mde (not mdb) from
end.  I get the message "Cannot Open (app name) due to security
restrictions.  Security settings restrict access to the file because it is
not digitally signed. "

Is there an easy work around for this?  I can't change the settings because
it's an mde.  I would prefer not to have to get a digital signature.  I
think it must be the security settings that are causing this.  How can the
security setting be altered?
