[AccessD] How do I Grab the picture from the web page

Hi John:

It is done via a process call screen-scraping and it can only be done using
webbased programs like PHP, Java, ASP, ASP.Net, JavaScript etc...

...and that is a whole different subject/environment/topic. ASP.Net would be
your best all around solution.
