Well, I discovered the problem...and it was me. I had unchecked the option ALLOW ACCESS SPECIAL KEYS, not knowing that it disabled breakpointing. It also disables the F11 key, so it should be unchecked when deploying to clients, but NOT WHEN YOU'RE DEBUGGING.
