[AccessD] Autoremoval of SQL Server Express 2005 when uninstalling Business Contact Manager for Outlook

Was the only instance of SQL Server in " Services" named "MSSMLBIZ" ?

If so, it was installed by Business Contact Manager as a named instance and correctly 
removed.
