[AccessD] time to retire ?

Same here plus, even if I became proficient in one or more of those
areas, I'm 62.  I don't think there are a whole lot of positions out
there for us 'senior citizens'.  Especially ones who have been 'lone
ranger' developers for 30 years.

After reviewing this article, it appears any and all of my technical
skills
have little value going forward.

 

Database design and dev, Business Intelligence reporting, Excel add-ins,
Optimization..appears none of this "stuff" has much value any more.
