[AccessD] Security Restriction Problem

He did copy the new mde into the same folder where the original install was
and changed the shortcut to point to the new file.  SO you think the
solution would be to uninstall the current install and for me to send his a
new .exe install scripted for the new mde.?

Have him put it in the original location, fix the shortcut and see if it
runs.  Did you send him an installer with the mde?  If not, depending on the
version of windows he's running and the security settings his system might
now allow him to open anything that wasn't "installed".
