More data: Both users are running mdes. I was able to reproduce the first problem on the mdb. The second one neither the mdb nor the mde. Funny thing the problem is with neither on, at least for me. It's when I am I using Winamp and I hit a custom programmed Back/Forward Key on my Microsoft Keyboard. Those keys were originally meant for webpage navigation, but I reassigned them to next/prev audio track. Every now and then if I am in Outlook or Access (Haven't experienced it in any other Office app yet) and hit that button (or play/pause) Outlook will pop up that msg and close. Maybe a memory issue? I know you probably aren't having the same issue as me, but maybe it isn't your db and is something else.
