[AccessD] Access on a tablet

Any tablet that runs Windows 8. MS Surface and most major PC vendors now
have tablets and convertible combo units that do. I haven't checked if
Windows 8RT runs Access. 8RT devices come with MS Office but I haven't
checked (beyond Word and Excel) what that includes.
