[AccessD] Job Duration Puzzler - Access 2007 Report

Is there anti-virus software running on the server that might be scanning
the Access file as it's running?  perhaps something with the exceptions
list to exclude the Access file data type was changed?  Have you tried a
compact and repair on the copy of the access database running on the
server?

Just tossing some things out there.
