Carolyn, Do the users receiving the errors receive them consistently or no? Do you do anything different with the subject line when an attachment exists? I think as a starting point I'd check for add-ins in Outlook and disable them. Also since your using Outlook, are you using any 3rd party libs to avoid the security prompts? If so, I'd check that your up to date with any changes. It's been working fine for years. Over the past few months, I've been hearing from users that they are getting an error from Outlook -- Method 'Subject' of object'_Mailterm' failed I haven't been able to find anything on this error when I do a search, but anecdotally from my users, it seems related to the attachment. Similar code without the attachment apparently works OK. I can't reproduce the error on my Win8 computer and am at a loss.
