My understanding is that they are consistently getting the error -- they cannot use the procedure at all. There is nothing different about the subject line. I'm not getting the error on any of my computers. I would have to check with the people who do get the error to see what their Outlook settings are. There's no 3rd party software being used. The only thing I've learned so far is that it may be a permissions issue on their computers, but that may be difficult for me to verify. Do you do anything different with the subject line when an attachment exists? I think as a starting point I'd check for add-ins in Outlook and disable them. Also since your using Outlook, are you using any 3rd party libs to avoid the security prompts? If so, I'd check that your up to date with any changes. It's been working fine for years. Over the past few months, I've been hearing from users that they are getting an error from Outlook -- Method 'Subject' of object'_Mailterm' failed I haven't been able to find anything on this error when I do a search, but anecdotally from my users, it seems related to the attachment. Similar code without the attachment apparently works OK. I can't reproduce the error on my Win8 computer and am at a loss.
