[AccessD] On Error Resume Next - problem?

I deploy the runtime to my staff and have plenty of resume next code with no issues. 


There was one error code I was trapping that started coming up after upgrading to access 2013 but a MS patch fixed it as there was some “off by one” bug in their internal error trapping.
