Nope. Not to do as they please. Only what you click yes to allow. Fine
print is the bastion of Insurance companies, governments and malpractice
lawyers.

UNCONSCIONABLE contracts can be voided. But only voided, not made one
sided. You can probably fight them in court to get your data back but only
if you can prove you were swindled. If you keep using their devices, with
every moment that passes you are providing evidence you've knowingly
acquiesced to the terms and conditions.

I don't like it either but I don't worry about it much.
