[AccessD] Office 2021 licensing (heads up)

Just in case any of you are looking to buy perpetual licenses, since their
licensing model changed and you buy the licenses from a CSP, they no longer
give you a KMS host key.

This is really going to pooch my rollout. I roll 5 new versions out at a
time and now I'll likely have to keep track of MAK activations instead of
just using KMS or ADDS activations.

The licenses no longer show up in VLSC, instead they show up in your 365
administrator panel.

This is a really bizarre move.  I have machines that do not have routable
internet which will give me grief when trying to activate a MAK key.
