[AccessD] Create a new database, copying selected tables to it

I'm working on an app I wrote about 10 years ago; it's medium-complex
(about 100 tables and many more queries). The client called up and asked
for several enhancements, one of which is quite tricky.
There are so many tables and queries that for ptesent purposes they just
get in the way. What I want to do is create a new test database, copy a few
tables and queries from the old BE, and work on the problem there.
What's the simplest way to do this?
