[AccessD] Slow upload to Google Drive

It's not internet speed.  I found that one of my SSDs had a Google Drive
folder which apparently is still synced with my original Google Drive
folder in the cloud. I moved the folder with the pictures of our recent
road trip to Yellowstone and Glacier  - ~500 pics (yes, I culled them down
from 800)  - and they are syncing with the cloud drive now quite briskly.

So it has something to do with drag and drop directly from one of my drives
to the Google drive in the cloud.
