[AccessD] Access install package

You create a script to install dependencies and copy your accde file wherever you want and shortcuts wherever you want. It’ll then take the files you tell it to include and package them in an installer. It’s been a while since I’ve used it, so I’m a bit fuzzy on it all.  The script is basically all your install steps.
