[AccessD] On resumes and cover letters

One might try populating the skills section with the exact words they are
looking for then something like “Level: Beginner” or “ Excited to learn!”
Bots *probably* aren’t smart enough (yet) to count you out using such a
strategy, you’re not lying, and if your resume gets to a human the areas
where you are more solid may still win the day.
