[AccessD] Outlook Question

If you're using Outlook code to access data in an Access database, you must
have the appropriate Access libraries references too. Does it say which
library is missing?

I believe so. Microsoft Outlook 14 library shows in the references and it is
checked.  Does that mean it's registered?
