[AccessD] Outlook Question

No missing references in the Tools-->References. And the db compiles. The
code which creates the email was originally late binding, since some of the
users did not have outlook, and so I checked to see if outlook was
installed before proceeding. I changed from late to early binding but it
made no difference.
