[AccessD] Back from SQL Server

As with the others, I would suggest sticking with SQL Server, even on a
single laptop.
While there is more involved with SQL, SQL today pretty much takes care of
itself. The only thing you need to do is cap the memory available to it,
and setup a maintenance schedule.

Not cost. Just simplicity. I anticipate running all of it on a single
