[AccessD] Icons in command buttons are tiny

When I select an icon for a command button, they are so small as to be
unrecognizable.  My laptop has a screen size of 16" and a resolution of
2560 x 1600 pixels.

Any ideas why the icons are so tiny and how to fix this?
