Rocky,

There's one rag called Himpalasi, in 17 beats. As a decidedly horrid tabla
player, I was lost after the intro, when they settled into the beat...
4-3-4-3-3, and a 1! Super-simple for a guy who could barely keep up with
Dave Brubek's Take Five. LOL. I remember attending a concert at Ontario
Science Centre with Ali Ahkbar Khan, Alla Rhaka (Zak's dad), Shivkumar
Sharma (santoor player) and Bismilla Khan (bamboo flute player), and they
went into Himpalasi. I was lost before they got back to the Sam (1) beat.

Don't know whether I mentioned it on previous post, but my first book about
programming was dedicated to Zakir.  He taught me a lot about coding.
