[AccessD] MS 365 Upgrade to Family

Maybe they have yet to roll everything into every component, but Base as an
Access-like substitute is no slouch, and even boasts a few advantages, such
as true OOP.

Sidebar: how are you doing with the ProgressBar class? I have made some
headway but am not yet done with it.
