[AccessD] As if we needed another excuse not to upgrade to Windows 11

I really wish if they're going to do this they'd at least be intelligent
enough not to display it on Pro/Enterprise machines as well. It's already
bad enough that I have to "decrapify" the machines to remove the XBOX apps,
TikTok apps etc... (or at least the stub of the app from the start menu).
