[AccessD] Some sad new for the Access community

Yep.  The ADH was my bible. Got my first one in 1998 or 99. It was
Access 97. It was well used. There's a new one on EBay - $165.

A dew years later I got the ADH 2000. That one was falling apart when I
retired it. I still have adh functions in many of my apps.
