[AccessD] Some sad new for the Access community

I met Ken at a number of conferences back in the day and was a huge fan.  I
remember him discussing classes and making them seem straightforward around
the same time that Dev Ashish wrote his seminal article on classes in
Access VBA.  He later bailed to Visual Basic, but I had his books to rely
on.
