[AccessD] Vertical Label text orientation

Hi Stuart,

Yeah I know. That's what I'm trying to seek out. If anyone had some API
access or programmatic voodoo to do so.

I did find a font editor and rotated/flipped all the alphanumeric
characters and some special characters (period, ampersand, underscore etc)
for the Calibri font to get the effect I want.   Turns out I'm the only one
that cared that the font wasn't oriented the same way as our old excel
template.
