[AccessD] Vertical Label text orientation

It's not a standard API static control, it's a special Access class of object, so that's not
practiacl.
However:
You can create a Textbox in Word and format it any way that you want with any font,
rotation,fancy text efffects etc and copy and paste it into an access form or report.
The only issue is that you can't change the text in Access, you need to edit the object in
Word to do that.
