Shane:
That is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I knew it was there because I had
used it in the dim past but I'll be danged if I could remember where.
I have continued to work in A2010 because some of my old clients are still
on it. Or some less than the most recent Access. I have access 2019, loaded
it, tried to run it with 2010 installed, ran into some problems, and
uninstalled it. I only have a few clients left - I'm on the way out -
almost entirely retired - just doing the fun parts.
So not motivated to upgrade me and anyone else I might have to work with
(yes I could move to late binding - resolving references was a problem
developing in a later version than the client was using - they always
resolved if their version was later than mine; and of course that SafePtr
thing).
I'm not too worried about 2010 not being supported. It has worked very well
for me since it came out and I don't have any problems with it. That's what
I love about obsolete tech - it works!
Thank you for the directions to the Wizard thingy.
Best,
Rocky
