[dba-SQLServer]Remove Items from Windows Synchronization

Does anyone know of a way to remove items from the Windows
Synchronization list?

I created a bunch of test SQL pull subscriptions, but can't find a way
to remove them.  I deleted the actual subscriptions in EM, so I'm not
sure why it stills shows in the list.  I'm guessing this is stored
somewhere in the registry.  Any ideas?
