I would work out and test proper backup and restores for that many 
databases.
You will probably need some data dictionaries.
Check your security for logon and SQL Injection attacks especially if 
you are exposing anything to the Net.
Microsoft is running some training seminars on this, for the next couple 
of months, mostly for ASP.Net
and VB.Net.
