[dba-SQLServer] Installing SQL Server 7.0

To all,
 
I have a development server on which I used to run SQL Server 7.0 the server has Windows 2000 on it and was recently re-installed.  I re-installed SQL Server 7.0 and now can’t connect to it.  I’m sure I have installed as I have done before but must be missing something.  Has anyone any ideas what it could be, or a site which can guide me through the whole setup process again.
