[dba-SQLServer] Registering SQL Servers

Create a Windows UID/PWD identical to the remote machine to all 3
servers and make him Admin... Windows Authentication will see the uid
and pwd as the same and allow you full admin rights to each box.  You
can now register w/ Windows authentication in EM.
