[dba-SQLServer] About Mike's SQL Server book

"Mastering SQL Server 2005" is on Amazon.  It was published 1/31/06, and
ships in 1 to 3 weeks.  They must not have copies on the shelf yet.  Price
is good at $37.79.

The Express book is not listed on Amazon, but is listed on Sybex.  

In fact, if you search for 'SQL Server 2005' on the Sybex site, these books
are #1 and #2 on the list!

Someone was trying to get a copy of Mike's latest SQL Server book --
"Mastering SQL Server 2005" -- by Sybex (Wiley). It is out as far as I know.
Have you checked Amazon? If this is a foreign shipment problem, I doubt Mike
can do anything to help you out with that. If you can't get the book through
Amazon, you might convince someone in the US to purchase one on your behalf
and then ship it to you -- will cost you a small fortune, but might be worth
it to you. 
 
Mike and I have one on Express -- "Mastering SQL Server 2005 Express" -- It
will be out in March. 
 
I hope this is the right list.
