Are you sure you're not confusing Windows versions with SQL Server versions? I believe the Windows Small Business Server versions are 2003 (equivalent to Windows XP) and 2008 (equivalent to Windows 7/Vista). SQL Server versions are 2000 then 2005 then 2008.
