Impossible for me to confuse them since I'm totally ignorant about SQL. He may have meant upgrade to SQL Server 2008 instead of SQL Server Small Business 2008. Let's assume that's the case. I believe the Windows Small Business Server versions are 2003 (equivalent to Windows XP) and 2008 (equivalent to Windows 7/Vista). SQL Server versions are 2000 then 2005 then 2008.
