Lately I've been rebuilding my main box. It's running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, and SQL 2008 Enterprise 64-bit.The SQL installation seemed to go perfectly, but when I try to run Management Studio I am unable to connect. I get a message saying "a network or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remove connections.
