Hello Jean-Paul,

For the logins and maintenance tasks, if you only have 5 - 10, and about
the same qty of tasks, you could probably do them all by hand in 1 hour.

I do not know a way to automate the maintenance tasks.  But usually, this
will be a chance to review them anyway.
