You could get NiMh batteries with a larger capacity (same size).
There are 1200, 1800, 2100 mAh (at my knowledge).
Price goes up to :-(

I got a small notebook mouse (wireless) but it doesn't work well.  Eats
batteries (AAA) way to fast to be useful even with the nimh batteries.
