[dba-Tech] MS patches Scroll out of IE

Here I composed my own test should work client side just a basic xml 
file calling an internal xsl file
http://www5.brinkster.com/mconnelly/ClientXML/planetbig.xml
and
http://www5.brinkster.com/mconnelly/ClientXML/planetsbig.xsl

Should see with wrong radius

The Planets Table
Name Mass Radius Day
Mercury .0553 (Earth = 1) 1516 miles
Venus .815 (Earth = 1) 3716 miles
Earth 1 (Earth = 1) 2107 miles
