You get the picture I'm sure. I can't say too much other than a neighbour of mine talks to her relatives in Croatia from Toronto, Ontario, Canada with a regular old sound card and mic. I *think* they also use a Logitec Webcam as well. They use Yahoo IM to start a chat session and then,like MSM, start a voice connection.
