Dear Group, I've used the Windows Character Map applet for years, but since the advent of Unicode I've been wondering how to get those characters into, say, a Unicode-enabled text field in a SQL Server table without using cut and paste. I'd like to type the characters in from the keyboard. For example, to get the Cyrillic letter Zhe into a document, Character Map says that the Unicode is U+0416. How do I type that at the keyboard?
